Description
Sossusvlei is a salt and clay desert located in the southern part of the Namibian Desert, in the Namib- Naukluft National Park. During sunrise, the dunes turn red. In African dialect, “sossus” means point of no return or dead end. The picture has been taken during an expedition that crossed South Africa, Namibia and Angola by car during the month of May.
